Rick Howard, RN, BS, EMT-A, Retired Battalion Chief – Lehi City Fire Department

Rick got into EMS, fire and nursing a long time ago. His love is in emergency medicine with emphasis in trauma. 

Rick has worked as a charge nurse, EMT, firefighter, Captain, Battalion Chief, and instructor of all types of EMS education.

Rick is currently an EMS Faculty Member at Utah Valley University – teaching EMT and Paramedic courses. Rick has a bit of alphabet soup to put behind his name, but his favorite job is Grandpa. There really is no place (other than with my grandkids) that he would rather be, than with strong, dedicated, fearless, tireless, funny, smart, loving people who attend this conference.
